3.5 WELDING PRODUCT QUALITY (PQ)
3.6 SURFACE TREATMENT
3.6.1 SAND BLASTING
After the steel member passes the inspection, stamp the member code on it before sand blasting.
The blasting grade should meets the standard as SISO55900 Sa2.5.
3.6.2 PAINTING
a. Primer paint, zinc rich epoxy primer, DFT dry film thickness is about 80um
b. Middle paint, epoxy mio barrio middle paint, two coat, DFT is about 125um
c. Finish top coat, polyurethane top coat, DFT is about 75um

3.8 PROFESSIONAL PACKAGE
1. Open Top Container
If you don't want bracket and have no heavy crane for unloading at your site, open top container is suggested.
2. Bundle and bracket
Steel frame would be fixed by bundle on thebracket. Wood and foam paper would be placed in them to avoid
damage
3. Accurate mark
The serial number of every component would be marked and component list and detail drawing would also be offered, saving assemble time.
4. Wooden box
Components would be packed with plastic paper in wooden box.
5. Plastic paper
Embedded part would be packed in plastic paper and placed on wooden bracket.
6. Bulk cargo ship
If the product is oversize, we would recommend bulk cargo ship for you.
7. Package for Heavy Machiner
We would formulate packing solution for your heavy machinery.
8. Customized package
Customized package would also be welcome.
